The Grande Randonnee (GR) 10 runs the length of the Pyrenees from
the Atlantic to the Mediterranean and is nearly 540 miles long and
takes about 2 months to walk from end to end. We walked part of
the spectacular central section on a two week trek with Exodus covering
137.25 miles and 38,400ft ascent
in 13 days.
Day 2 - Gourette to Arrens-Marsous
Day 3 - Arrens-Marsous to Refuge d'Ilheou
Day 4 - Refuge d'Ilheou to Refuge des Oulettes de Gaube
Day 5 - Refuge des Oulettes de Gaube to Gavarnie
Day 6 - Rest day, a short walk to view the Cirque de Gavarnie and la Grande Cascade
Day 7 - Gavarnie to St Bazerque
Day 8 - St Bazerque to Bareges
Day 9 - Bareges to Lac d'Aubert
Day 10 - Lac d'Aubert to Vielle Aure
Day 11 - Vielle Aure to Loudenvielle
Day 12 - Loudenvielle to Granges d'Astau
Day 13 - Granges d'Astau to Superbagneres (Bagneres-de-Luchon)
